PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York.

The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) designate the 2023 Village election polling site and the names, addresses, offices and terms of the candidates; and ii) to conduct any other lawful business of the Village. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the special meeting is not a public hearing or regular meeting and unless otherwise stated, there will be no public comment period during this meeting
