NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery, County of Orange, State of New York, at a special meeting thereof held on the 13th day of December, 2021 did adopt a resolution pursuant to Town Law Section 209-B consenting to the Village’s inclusion within the boundaries of the proposed Town of Montgomery Ambulance District, and further consents to the Village’s inclusion in the associated Map, Plan and Report with respect to said Ambulance District. This resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law and Article 9 of the New York State Village Law. A complete copy of the resolution and map, plan and report are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Village Clerk. A petition, to be valid, must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of adoption of the resolution.
