PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the subdivision application of KSH Route 211 Development, LLC and Frank Hoeffner, Sr. who are seeking approval for a lot line change between their two respective properties. The properties subject to the lot line change are located on Union Street; KSH Route 211 Development, LLC’s property being designated on the Tax Map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.22 and consisting of approximately 33.57 acres, and Frank Hoeffner, Sr.’s property being designated on the Tax Map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.21 and consisting of approximately 21.06 acres. The properties are located in the I-1 (Industrial Park) Zoning District and I-2 (Village Industry) Zoning District. The subdivision would allow the transfer of approximately .3 acres of property from SBL 211-1-29.21 to SBL 211-1-29.22. This application is related to the site plan application of KSH Route 211 Development, LLC.
