PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the application of 88 AB Group, LLC, who are seeking approval for a lot line change between two properties along with site plan approval for the construction of a 8’x14’ cooler, outdoor seating area, and reconfiguration of the existing parking lot. The properties subject to the lot line change are located at 77 Clinton Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 202, Block 3, Lot 7.2 and consisting of approximately 7,231 sq. ft. or 0.166 acres) and at 88 Charles Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 202, Block 3, Lot 10.2 and consisting of approximately 16,678 sq. ft. or 0.377 acres). The properties are located in the B-2 (Village Business) Zoning District. The property subject to the site plan approval is located at 88 Charles Street.

A copy of the application and related documentation is on file at Village Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than May 25 and such comments will be made part of the official record of the proceedings.
