Located in the beautiful Hudson Valley, the Village of Montgomery is a great place to live, raise a family, shop, and do business.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Montgomery Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, NY 12549, to consider the applications of Pathway Place Management LLC, for Subdivision and Site Plan approval.

The project proposes the construction of an eight (8) unit attached townhouse on a +/- 1.12-acre parcel to be subdivided.  The property has frontage on Factory Street and is designated on the Village tax map as Section 203, Block 1, Lot 1. The Property is located in the RM-1 zoning district.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the Site Plan and Subdivision applications and to consider any potential adverse environmental impacts pursuant to SEQRA. The Planning Board has declared itself lead agency for this Unlisted action.

At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than January 25, 2023.
