At the regular January 7. 2025, meeting of the Board of Trustee of the Village of  Montgomery, the following resolution was offered by Trustee Conero, seconded  by Deputy Mayor Andolsek moved its adoption:

WHEREAS. the next general Village Election for Officers will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, and  WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution and publish the  offices which are to be filled in such election terms thereof.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees designates  the following office as vacant at the election to be held on March 18, 2025, for the following terms:

Office Term
 Trustee 4 Years
 Trustee 4 Years

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this resolution in full in the Wallkill Valley Times.

This resolution shall take effect immediately.
