PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of 71-73 Clinton Street LLC for Amended Site Plan approval for the property located at 71-77 Clinton Street, designated on the Village tax map as Section 202, Block 3 Lot 7.2.  The Project is located within the Village’s B-2 Zoning District.

The Amended Site Plan application was submitted subsequent to the construction of a 2,240 square foot mixed use building containing a retail establishment on the first floor and three (3) residential units on the second floor with associated parking, access driveway, lighting and landscaping, for the purpose of conforming its site plan with the as-built structures on the site.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the Amended Site Plan application and to consider any potential adverse environmental impacts pursuant to SEQRA. The Planning Board has declared itself Lead Agency for this Unlisted action.

At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Planning Board no later than September 24, 2025.
