NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Montgomery Fire Department Hall, 136 Ward Street, Montgomery, NY 12549 to consider the applications of Route 211 Owner, LLC, for site plan approval and a special exception use permit.

The project proposes the construction of two 60,000 square foot buildings and two 80,000 square foot buildings for warehouse and office development, with associated parking, loading and stormwater facilities, within the Village.  The property has frontage on Route 211/Union Street and is designated on the Village tax map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.22. The Property is located primarily in the I-1 (Industrial Park) zoning district, with a small portion being located in the I-2 (Village Industry) zoning district.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the applications and any potential adverse environmental impacts pursuant to SEQRA. The Planning Board has declared itself Lead Agency for this Type 1 matter.

At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than October 30, 2024.

Public participation will be limited to three minutes per person.

Order) To Prohibit Sleeping In Public Places”.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Montgomery on October 1, 2024 at 7 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid Introductory Local Law.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the applications of Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, for subdivision (lot line change) approval and for amended site plan approval.

 The project proposes a lot line change (subdivision) with its neighboring property owner to add +/- .30 acres to the existing site. The amended site plan application proposes additional truck parking and the addition of a water storage tank and fire pump house. The property has frontage on Route 416/Union Street and Route 416/ Neelytown Road and is designated on the Village tax map as Section 214, Block 1, Lot 1.1. The Property is located in the I-1 (Industrial Park) zoning district, with an address at 580 NYS Route 416.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the applications and their potential adverse environmental impacts pursuant to SEQRA. The Planning Board has declared itself Lead Agency for this Unlisted action.

At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than September 16, 2024.
