PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of KENN HUNT on referral from the Building Department for an area variance from Section 122-4 (use regulations) and Section 122-5 (dimensional regulations) of the Village of Montgomery Zoning Code to permit site plan approval to use three (3) feet of the ten (10) foot set-back from the property line to allow for the construction of an attached garage.

This public hearing will be held in the Village Board Meeting Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549.  A copy of the tentative budget is available at the office of the Village Clerk where it may be inspected by any interested person during regular business hours.

 The proposed compensation for the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and each Trustee for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 is as follows:

Mayor $20,451.00   Deputy Mayor $11,770.00   Trustees $10,311.00
