PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of KENN HUNT on referral from the Building Department for an area variance from Section 122-4 (use regulations) and Section 122-5 (dimensional regulations) of the Village of Montgomery Zoning Code to permit site plan approval to use three (3) feet of the ten (10) foot set-back from the property line to allow for the construction of an attached garage.
The property is located at 90 Railroad Avenue in the Village of Montgomery and is designated on the Tax Maps as Section 206, Block 4, Lot 6.2 and is located in the R-5 (Village Residential) Zoning District.
A copy of the application and all related documentation are on file in the Village of Montgomery Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours.
At the above-specified date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than April 24, 2023.
