PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the application of Montgomery Mart LTD and Maria Beltrametti, who are seeking approval for a lot line change between two properties. The properties in question are located at 105 Ward Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 202, Block 9, Lot 1 and consisting of approximately 8.653 sq. ft. or 0.199 acres) and at 109 Ward Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 202, Block 9, Lot 2 and consisting of approximately 3,148 sq. ft. or 0.072 acres). The properties are located in the B-2 (Village Business) Zoning District.
A copy of the application and related documentation is on file at Village Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than November 17 and such comments will be made part of the official record of the proceedings.
