PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery did adopt Local Law No. 3 of 2020 on the 29th day of December, 2020 at the Village Courtroom, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549.

  SAID LOCAL LAW extends the moratorium on the submission and processing of applications for certain land use approvals within the Village of Montgomery for an additional three months.

 Copies of Local Law No. 3 of 2020 are available at the Village Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and on the Village’s web site.

 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the corresponding restrictions, all attendees will be required to socially distance from one another and wear a mask.
