PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Friday September 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York.
The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) hire temporary staff, including the establishment of the appropriate hourly rates, to work at the Village’s General Montgomery Day celebration; and ii) to conduct any other lawful business of the Village.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the special meeting is not a public hearing or regular meeting and unless otherwise stated, there will be no public comment period during this meeting

THE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY SENIOR CENTER 36 BRIDGE STREET, MONTGOMERY, NEW YORK.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of 9 BRIDGE STREET LLC on referral from the Planning Board for an area variance from Sections 122-5 (dimensional regulations) and 122-25(B) (off-street parking space requirements for residential uses) of the Village of Montgomery Zoning Code to permit site plan approval for a lot line change whereby the overall lot area size where an existing two-story building used by a nonconforming use of 4 Residential Units will be decreased leaving 1,129 square feet per dwelling unit where 2,500 square feet per dwelling unit is required and 6 parking spaces instead of the required 8 parking spaces.
The property is located at 62 Clinton Street in the Village of Montgomery and is designated on the Tax Maps as Section 202, Block 2, Lot 3 and is located in the B-2 (Village Business) Zoning District.
A copy of the application and all related documentation are on file in the Village of Montgomery Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours.
At the above-specified date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than August 22, 2022.
