PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special joint workshop meeting of the Village of Montgomery Board of Trustees, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and Architectural & Historic Review Board will be held on Thursday October 27, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York.
The purpose of this special workshop meeting will be to address current issues relevant to the aforesaid boards and to conduct any other lawful business of the Village.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the special workshop meeting is not a public hearing or regular meeting and unless otherwise stated, there will be no public comment period during this meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the MONTGOMERY FIRE DISTRICT of the Town of Montgomery, State of New York, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 18th day of October, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Montgomery Fire Department Firehouse, 136 Ward Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 for the purpose of making public comment on the contents of the 2023 proposed annual budget.
Immediately following the close of the hearing at the same location, but starting no earlier than 7:30 p.m., the District will conduct a special meeting for the purpose of revising and/or adopting the final budget.
A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection during office hours at the office of the Clerk of the Village of Montgomery, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York,; the Clerk of the Town of Montgomery, Town Hall, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, New York and at the office of the Montgomery Fire District Secretary where it may be inspected by any interested person.
This notice is being publicized and posted in accordance with the provisions of Section 104 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York by order of Board of Fire Commissioners of the MONTGOMERY FIRE DISTRICT.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the Architectural & Historic Review Board of the Village of Montgomery is hereby rescheduled from Monday, October 10, 2022 to Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York. During said meeting, any lawful business of said Board shall be conducted.
