PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the subdivision application of KSH Route 211 Development, LLC and Frank Hoeffner, Sr. who are seeking approval for a lot line change between their two respective properties. The properties subject to the lot line change are located on Union Street; KSH Route 211 Development, LLC’s property being designated on the Tax Map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.22 and consisting of approximately 33.57 acres, and Frank Hoeffner, Sr.’s property being designated on the Tax Map as Section 211, Block 1, Lot 29.21 and consisting of approximately 21.06 acres. The properties are located in the I-1 (Industrial Park) Zoning District and I-2 (Village Industry) Zoning District. The subdivision would allow the transfer of approximately .3 acres of property from SBL 211-1-29.21 to SBL 211-1-29.22. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549 to consider the applications of Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, for subdivision and site plan approval.

The project proposes a four-lot subdivision of a 116.6-acre tract of land that includes two existing tax parcels – one in the Village of Montgomery and one in the Town of Montgomery.  The site plan application proposes the construction of a 40,000 square foot warehouse on proposed Lot 1within the Village.  The property has frontage on Route 416/Union Street and Route 416/ Neelytown Road and is designated on the Village tax map as Section 214, Block 1, Lot 1. The Property is located in the I-1 (Industrial Park) zoning district.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the applications and any potential adverse environmental impacts pursuant to SEQRA. The Planning Board has declared itself lead agency for this Type 1 matter.

At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than June 22, 2022.

Specification forms for this proposal may be obtained at the Village of Montgomery Clerk’s Office, at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York or online at https://www.villageofmontgomery.org/ All proposals must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
