Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting scheduled for Monday, November 21, 2022 at 7:30PM has been canceled due to no submissions. It was to be held at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street; Montgomery, New York 12459. This notice is sent to you pursuant to Section 95 of Public Officers Law. Such meeting is open to the public.

At the regular November 1, 2022 meeting of the Board of Trustee of the Village of Montgomery, the following resolution was offered by Deputy Mayor Scheels, seconded by Trustee Hembury moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the next general Village Election for Officers will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution and publish the offices which are to be filled in such election terms thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees designates the following office as vacant at the election to be held on March 21, 2023 for the following terms:

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this resolution in full in the Wallkill Valley Times.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be moved from Tuesday December 6, 2022 to Monday December 5, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. and shall be held at the Village of Montgomery Senior Center located at 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, New York. During said meeting, any lawful business of the Village shall be conducted.

The meeting will be held at the Village Hall Board Room located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549.
The purpose of this meeting will be to conduct any lawful business that comes before the Board.
