PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meetings of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery presently scheduled for November 23, 2022 and December 28, 2022 have been rescheduled to a single meeting on December 14, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in consideration of the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall Board Room located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549, to consider the application of Rowley Development Corp., (the “Rowley Railroad Avenue Application”), to permit a 9-lot major subdivision for the construction of 7 two-family dwellings in the R-6 zoning district and a mixed use commercial and residential building with associated improvements in the B-2 zoning district. The public hearing will consider the application for major subdivision approval, site plan approval and special exception use approval, and will also consider the potential adverse environmental impacts associated with the application.

The property has frontage on Railroad Avenue and Clinton Street and is designated on the tax map as Section 202, Block 13, Lot 1.123, Section 202, Block 13, Lot 5.21 and Section 202, Block 12, Lot 5.22. The Property is located in the R-6 and B-2 zoning districts.

The previously scheduled joint meeting with the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery will not take place that evening, only the regular Village Board meeting.
